CREATED TO ADDRESS THE SKILLS GAP
Since its inception in 1971 as a staffing agency, Hamilton-Ryker has continued to provide innovative workforce solutions to employers and rewarding jobs to skilled professionals. Hamilton-Ryker has grown both organically and strategically into a multi-division company reaching $100 million dollars in revenue.
Hamilton-Ryker also owns a technology platform providing talent management services, such as VMS and MSP services, as well as Staff Augmentation, Consulting, and IT Project Work for our Federal Government.
Hamilton-Ryker began searching for opportunities to bridge the skills gap through training and began working toward developing a Total Workforce Development Solution. They worked with Universities to develop Soft Skills training for their associates and became a licensed broker for Virtual Reality Forklifts. In June of 2017, there was a Revised Procedure for addressing Leasing Agencies and Staffing Companies participation in Registered Apprenticeships to advance “Expanding Apprenticeships in America”. At this point Hamilton-Ryker dedicated its resources to develop a strategic approach of Workforce Development Solutions and created a new division named TalentGro.
The purpose of this new division is to address the skills gap in today’s workforce by using a mix of education and training, adding in real world application and on-the-job training and providing a family sustainable incometo participants, so they can earn while they learn.
