Our Registered Apprenticeship programs enable us to work with educational providers and employers to provide training and development for the workforce while simultaneously paying a fair and reasonable wage.

TalentGro offers a wide variety of customizable training programs, Registered Apprenticeships, and intermediary services.  Our Intermediary Services enable employers to offer registered apprenticeship programs and maintain oversight of the program, while we support the day-to-day operation of the apprenticeship. We also seek additional funding sources to support our employer partners’ apprenticeship programs.  Registered Apprenticeship programs are a proven strategy in improved recruiting and retention, reducing the costs of turnover and creating a great workplace for all employees.

Every apprenticeship program has a “sponsor” or “intermediary” who supports the program and works with the Employer, Apprentices, and oversight agencies.  In our role as the Program Sponsor/Intermediary, we help employers identify and employ new talent or work with their incumbent workforce to coordinate and provide education, coaching, and mentorship in the workforce.  As the intermediary or sponsor we also maintain up-to-date documentation that meets the requirements of apprenticeship with the Department of Labor and other oversight agencies.
