Transitioning Military Members
Change can be hard.
Transitioning to civilian life doesn't have to be.
Returning to civilian life is an exciting time, and it can be overwhelming for anyone. The process of finding a job or program that’s the right fit can leave a person feeling uncertain or defeated, but that’s where we come in.
It takes courage to serve in the U.S. military. It also takes courage to walk away from possibly the only life you have ever known and start a new chapter. Transitioning into the civilian workforce means facing new challenges and navigating through uncertainties, so we have created a program to help you get connected to potential employers.
Our goal is to inform transitioning service members and their families about the programs and resources available to help them unlock their skills and connect them to potential employers. We have partnered with different employers of all types of industries to create opportunities specifically for those transitioning out of the military. We want to remove any roadblocks and help you find the right path to start your journey.
Reach out to us today to ask about our current programs. Through apprenticeships and internships, you can learn while you earn or receive guaranteed employment within the company upon completion. Don’t let the fear of the unknown hold you back from discovering your passion and growing your talent. When you’ve gone through training while on duty, you’ve proven you can do anything you set your mind to. You possess perseverance and with that, there is no limit to what you can achieve.
Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.
-Winston S. Churchill
