As a member of the our team, you will be responsible for establishing testing procedures and conducting QA testing during code pushes to ensure smooth deployment and high-quality standards.”
“• Develop, document, and maintain testing procedures and strategies.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate functionality during code pushes.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects early in the development process.
• Establish and maintain a robust testing environment to ensure accurate and comprehensive test results.
• Design and implement regression, load, and stress testing for application performance.
• Monitor, report, and track software defects, providing detailed defect reports and supporting data.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on system requirements and use cases.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers regarding testing considerations.
• Ensure all software releases meet or exceed performance and quality expectations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate test execution.
EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance testing, with a focus on developing and establishing QA processes from scratch.
• Proven track record of creating and executing automated and manual testing strategies for complex software systems.
• Experience with testing in various environments, including regression, load, and stress testing.
• Solid understanding of QA methodologies, life cycle, and best practices in Agile development environments.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JIRA, Jenkins, and other industry- standard testing tools.”
“• Demonstrated ability to work closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
• Experience in working with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues in early development stages.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The position is in an office setting or work from home that involves everyday risks or discomforts requiring normal safety precautions. On occasion, the individual must be able to do moderately demanding physical activity such as handling and opening boxes weighing 35-40 pounds, standing and walking extensively throughout the day.
