EMPLOYMENT AND DEVELOPMENT FOR OUR HEROES
Many of our heroes and their spouses re-entering the civilian world face unique challenges when it comes to employment. Hamilton-Ryker TalentGro® wants to make that a bit easier for you as you navigate to the next part of your career. We have taken a collaborative approach to civilian employment as we work with State and Federal Departments of Veterans Affairs, Department of Labor and Offices of Apprenticeship, and Local OneStop Employment Offices to find veteran-focused employers and services to help prepare you for the journey ahead.
Check out the various programs that you and your spouse may have access to, by partnering with TalentGro Military below.

By working in collaboration with Veteran and Military support organizations, to include Transition Assistance Programs (TAP), we lift the entire family. Our approach provides the military family with seamless solutions to employment. Our process starts with you, reviewing your MOS, and placing you within organizations that align with your career goals. We provide Registered Apprenticeships, where you can maximize your benefits. For your spouse or family member, we work with their goals, dreams and talents. If you’re looking for a change, we’ll assess your skill sets, train and certify on knowledge and skills that are in demand by organizations, and then introduce you to potential employers.
This approach provides a wide range of training and employment opportunities across many industries to veterans and their families. Each organization we work with is our collaborating partner dedicated to preparing today’s heroes for tomorrow’s success. Veterans and Active Military may be eligible for additional benefits and support services. For example, Veterans may qualify for BAH (Basic Housing Allowance) while engaged in our Registered Apprenticeships, and there are transition services available for active Military service members, their families, Reserve Members and members of the National Guard.
