Salary: $44,304.00 – $51,916.80 USD

Working Hours: 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Friday

Night Shift Differential: $3.50 per hour

Location: Tulsa, OK

No relocation or ICP bonus offered

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Independently produce quality parts using CNC boring mill machines.
  • Set up, operate, and inspect parts for adherence to requirements, ensuring close tolerances and maximum efficiency.
  • Interpret drawings, manuals, and specifications to determine dimensions, tolerances, and setup requirements.
  • Mark dimensions and reference points on materials for machining guidance.
  • Identify equipment malfunctions and make necessary adjustments to maintain production quality.
  • Assist in troubleshooting complex operational issues and cost reduction projects.
  • Operate forklifts and lifting devices for material movement.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, engineers, and other relevant personnel to resolve machining and quality issues.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of equipment and work areas, performing basic preventative maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Required Skillsets: Please ensure these are clearly shown on the resume.

  • 2-5 years of CNC machining experience in a heavy manufacturing environment.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading
  • Ability to maintain close tolerances
  • Skilled in using machining tools such as calipers, ID & OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators, and scales.
  • Familiarity with M&G codes

Experience Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Fanuc Control systems.
  • Ability to create own set-ups.
  • Competence in basic mathematical operations and calculations for material fabrication.
  • Familiarity with various tool holders, cutting tools, boring bars, and inserts used on different machines.
  • Willingness to work in a factory environment with varying temperature conditions.
  • Ability to engage in physical activities such as standing, walking, bending/stooping, and lifting weights up to 50 lbs regularly.
